Why this matters commercially
Mine procurement teams check suppliers before they onboard them. A contractor whose quote arrives from a free webmail address and who has no website is, fairly or not, harder to approve than one with a domain, a professional email address and a page listing their registration and insurance details.
This is the cheapest credibility available to a small contractor, and it is routinely the last thing anyone gets around to.
Email deliverability
One specific, unglamorous thing we fix: correctly configured SPF, DKIM and DMARC records so your quotes land in the inbox rather than the spam folder. A quote that never arrives reads exactly like a supplier who never replied, and it is invisible to you.
Backups that have been tested
An untested backup is not a backup. We set up automated off-site backup and then actually restore from it once, so you know it works before you need it.

How much does a small business website cost?
It depends on page count and whether photography is needed. Tell us what you need it to do and we will quote plainly rather than by the hour.
Can you take over a website someone else built?
Usually. We will need access to the domain, hosting and the site itself — bring what you have and we will tell you honestly what is workable.
